We may refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Cascada offers thermal and wellness experiences that may not be suitable for all individuals.

You are responsible for determining your fitness to participate and should consult a medical professional if needed.

You assume all risks associated with use of the facilities.

### 5. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number to Cascada and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Cascada related to your reservations, appointments, account support, and visit logistics.

Program Description

Cascada SMS messages may include reservation confirmations, appointment reminders, check-in details, account and billing support, waiver and payment requests, class reservations associated with an existing stay or membership, and customer service responses.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Cascada is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Cascada message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Eligibility

SMS service is available on participating wireless carriers in the United States. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Consent
