KILI HALI

KILI HALI—from the Japanese kili (to cut) and hali (to paste)—explores the reconstruction of reality through fragmentation and reassembly. Each work is composed of hundreds of individually hand-cut pieces of paper, transforming simple materials into intricate, layered compositions.

Accompanied by video installations, the exhibition extends beyond the static frame to explore shifts in time and space. Together, the works invite viewers to reconsider perception and engage with reality from a more fluid, curious perspective.

Guided by the ethos “Beautifully strange, strangely beautiful,” the exhibition embraces ambiguity, revealing unexpected forms of meaning and beauty.
