Layers of merino roving, hand-dyed corespun yarn, recycled cotton, sari silks, alpaca yarns and natural Cheviot roving move through shifting earth tones. Variations in color, depth and movement form an abstract landscape that feels both familiar and imagined. Measuring 9 feet wide, the work offers an expansive expression of connection to the natural world.
